Winter stroll at sunset acrylic painting & Cabin in the Mountains by CK
I painted these a couple days before Xmas, and gifted the first to my Aunt, uncle and cousin. The second was to my grandmother and grandfather.
The second winter scene chills you to the bone looking at it, but the first is a warm winter scene that makes you feel good. Enjoy!

My Grandma/pa's snowy winter front yard painting by CK
It's hard to see in the painting, but in the tree on the right, there is a woodpecker eating from the bird feeder; and there is a cardinal on the post on the left.
And, I do not endorse the amerikkkn (racist) flag--my grandparents just so happen to have the flag on their shed so I painted it because I'm giving this painting to them anyway...

Cardinals in the Fall Pines by CK
I painted this landscape of birch, ornamental pear, cardinals a while back. I love the combination of colors--honestly, I don't think I'm going to sell or gift this painting...I'm going to keep it for myself.
Holiday gift painting "Backyard flower garden" by CK
Hey, everyone. I'm still making holiday gifts. This painting isn't really a gift I'm personally giving, but I'm getting paid to make this for someone else to give as a gift.
I made another painting which I will show you in my next post. Of course, you can always look at all my paintings at my Deviantart and tumblr pages.

Two more Fall halloween Paintings by Cassie Kinney
Here are additional paintings I've done this week. There are similar elements in the two paintings, with the witchy house, fall plants, and bats. The first painting has pathway leading to a house lined with birch trees of yellowing leaves. There are pumpkins, cushaws, mums. The second painting has a creek flowing past a house in the forest, washing through big rocks and plants.

Two Fall Autumn Witchy Garden shed acrylic paintings (FOR SALE)
I started painting again as you may have noticed. The painting I posted on here the other day of the pumpkins was sold on ebay. I'm a little frustrated because I want to be able to sale art, and in doing so you have to cheapen your worth (value). I learned my lesson though selling on ebay because of the cost of shipping with paintings is pricey! I sold that painting with free shipping and it ended up costing the exact amount that I sold for the painting. I actually went in the hole with the painting when factoring in that I had to drive over 15 miles to get to a post office!
So I hope you understand why I am selling the paintings at the price I am on ebay. Two paintings that I am showing you down below are also for sale on ebay. Go to my account and view all the paintings I am selling here: My ebay store.

Spring in bloom painting by Cassie Kinney
This is a painting I've been working since yesterday. I'm tired of looking at it, so I have called it finished despite the many flaws that remain. The painting is based on a photo from the early 90's of my brother and I among flowering fruit trees and tulips blooming on an Easter day where we were hunting plastic eggs.

Winter (Bob Ross inspired) Painting + other art gifts painted by Cassie Kinney
by Cassie Kinney
I didn't take a picture of the additional birdhouse I painted but here are pictures of one of the birdhouses I painted. For the holidays, I painted both grandmothers a birdhouse. The cardinal winter painting was painted on a wood pallet. I gave this painting to my father for the holidays. The winter landscape painting was inspired by Bob Ross. I have enjoyed the many Bob Ross episodes I have been watching lately. You can also watch Bob Ross episodes on Youtube and Netflix. I am continually inspired by the artist, and feel that he has improved my paintings skills in just a matter of days! I want to continue to paint his style from now on when I do landscapes. His technique is easy and beautiful.

Paintings by Cassie Kinney
Here are the paintings I done for family. I'm satisfied with most of them, and I am especially proud of the landscape painting of different deciduous trees.
