Lisa Bonet portrait pencil drawing by Cassie K

I don't think this looks anything like Lisa Bonet-- but I always wanted to draw her portrait because I have always thought she was so beautiful and I loved her style since I watched her on the Cosby show when I was younger.

Women of Walking Dead pencil drawings -Cassie K

Of course this is not all the women of Walking Dead; but these are my favorite characters. If you saw the Michonne (Walking Dead) portrait I did a week ago, I wanted to show you additional portraits I drew of some of the women characters of Walking Dead. Below are portraits of the characters "Sasha" and "Rosita." I may draw these on the larger 18x24 paper like Michonne.

Acrylic painting of my Grandfather

From a picture of my Grandfather in the '70s, I drew the painting you see below. Here he is in his 30s or 40s. He has his tongue stuck out and stomach exposed, as he usually does (even to this day).

The painting was done several years ago, presumably 2007 or 2008. I highly doubt it, but I may have even painted it in 2009. I used Acrylic paint, and the size is 10x12 inches.

As of now, this artwork is one of my few completely paintings. I hope that changes in the next couple months and in the upcoming years...

Portrait painting of my guy

When I was working with Photoshop throughout High School, I used this command called "Threshold" which distributes the picture into two colors, dark versus light to create a high-contrast illustrative look. The painting in the photo below was once an image manipulated on photoshop using the same command. Then I translated the photo into a painting.
I have done several self portraits like in the photo below, you can see one of the paintings here "Self portrait sketches, painting & etching".

The painting below is of my partner, James, painted in 2007.

Ink drawings of The L Word characters

The L Word was a television series on Showtime that portrays the lives of a Lesbian community in Los Angeles. Below I have presented some sketches of a few of the characters. In the future, maybe I will draw more of the characters to add to this post.

Katherine Moenning aka "Shane"

These were drawn in the last few days, but they are poorly drawn. Actually the Jenny drawing seen below was ruined when I put a sharpie to the previous page(not that it looked any better anyway.)

Mia Kirshner aka "Jenny"

Leisha Hailey aka "Alice"

"Dillon"
