Laugh at your stupid human self (poem) by Cassie Kinney

When you laugh hysterically after a nervous breakdown.
I realize everyday that I am another emotionally raging--
And equally egotistical human animal that constantly battles
The duality between my rational and anxiety.
And I have to laugh
Or I'll just die crying.
